• Build and deepen relationships by providing a high quality client experience in all interactions
• Obtain and review clients’ investment goals, time horizons and tolerance for market volatility
• Serve as a primary liaison between client and portfolio management team
• With the support of a Financial Planning Associate (para-planner):
o Produce, present and review/update financial plans designed to help clients achieve their goals o Formulate, review and update Investment Policy Statements
o Client Meetings : prepare for, hold and execute on all follow-up items
o Execute on Client V.I.P. (Vision Map, Financial Plan, CAP, Advisory Team, Relationship Review)
• Coach and mentor teammates, help establish priorities and ensure the quality of others’ work
• Earn/ask for introductions to new clients by focusing on relationship and being of uncommon value
